Shipping Policy

All products will be dispatched within 3-10 business days of initial purchase.

Orders shipped within Hong Kong has FREE SHIPPING.

All other international orders will have an automatic shipping charge of $10USD per order, and an extra $5USD per item for each additional item shipped in the same order.

Custom Orders

We will follow up with you via email for custom orders placed.  Custom orders will generally take approximately 2 months to complete.  If you have any additional instructions, or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@berayah.com

Return Policy

Have problems with our product?  We'd love to know!  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please request a return at sales@berayah.com within 14 days of receipt, and we will send you a return form.  Upon filling the return form, please pack your product along with the return form and all of the original packaging (including labels and hangtags).

For Hong Kong orders, we will arrange a FREE pickup after initial contact.  

For all other international orders, please return the package by mail within 7 days of receiving return form.  Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse international shipping at this time.  Please return all goods to the following address:

All refunds/exchanges will be made within 10 business days upon receipt of returned goods.    All returned goods must be unworn and unwashed, and will be inspected and assessed upon return before an exchange/refund will be processed.  The products remain the customer's property until it arrives at our facility.

Berayah Limited is absolutely committed to protecting your privacy.   We will never disclose your information to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you, e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you.  We will not sell/share your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or any other personal information to any third party without your permission.
