WHOLESALE INSTRUCTIONS:

This page is set up using our online store structure to facilitate payment of wholesale orders from shops. Please follow below instructions carefully:

• Our online store only supports transactions in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). For your reference, $1HKD is roughly equivalent to $0.13USD.

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is $8000HKD per order (excluding Piñatex products). All orders below the MOQ is subject to agreement and approval of Berayah Limited, even after payment is made. Unapproved orders will receive full refund.

• MOQ for Piñatex products is $13000HKD per order, since the material needs to be ordered and imported from Europe. We do hold a small amount of stock, and if it is available we are able to accept smaller orders. If you wish to place a smaller order than the MOQ for Piñatex, please contact us prior to doing so.

• Estimated delivery is 4-6 weeks upon confirmation and payment of the order.

• The online order system does not accommodate for separate deposit and balance payments. Online wholesale orders must be paid in full.

• Any cancellation of order must be submitted within 3 business days of order placement, and is subject to approval of Berayah Limited.

• Enter “WHOLESALESHIPPING” into checkout code section to remove the system’s automatic shipping calculator for retail purposes.

• Shipping costs are to be calculated and paid for separately. This can be either added to the initial order, or arranged separately.

• All items are shipped out of Hong Kong. Client is responsible for all duties and taxes upon arrival at destination country.
